Yoga

is based on an old philosophic system which originated in India. Literally, yoga means "union", a path of self-knowledge, balance of body and mind, physical and spiritual health, and communion between the individual and the universe. In its simple way it strengthens the physical body, develops our flexibility and induces us to a profound, relaxing state of tranquility, concentration and interior awareness.
T'ai Chi
T'ai Chi theory and practice evolved in harmony with many of the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It generates general health benefits and concentrates on relieving the physical effects of stress on the body and mind.
The training involves slow solo sequences of movements which emphasize a straight spine, relaxed breathing and a natural range of motion, as well as training with a partner in order to learn leverage, timing, coordination and positioning when interacting with others.
Ayurvedic massage
is a type of massage originating in India, deeply relaxant, that works on our physical and energetic systems, it purifies and maintains our health and reestablishes our physical, mental, and energetic well being. It employs special types of oils that free the toxins located in the muscles and body tissues, maintaining and balancing the body.
Sound massage
is a massage performed with sound produced by singing bowls. The human being, in a very complex and unique way, can be compared to a musical instrument, in which every atom, cell, tissue, and organ emits its own vibration. Through sound massage and the pure sounds produced by the singing bowls we can tune our "musical instrument" and regain its natural vibration, attaining more awareness, peace and harmony.
Meditation
We often worry about knowing all that is around us, but we make almost no effort about knowing what's inside us. Meditation gives us the chance of looking within and understanding that we are so much more that we ever thought we were.
Acupuncture
is a Chinese traditional therapeutic system connected to the philosophy of Taoism and based on the concept of the balance of the dual energies of yin and yang. It allows for and produces the desired equilibrium of energy flows in the meridian systems by working on specific points, normally with the use of special acupuncture needles.
